Vermont Maple Syrup produced on our Putnam Family Farm makes a delicious addition to any meal. Use it on pancakes or waffles. Or try it on ice cream for a really delicious treat. One of our favorites is peanut butter maple syrup toast! Maple syrup also enhances any cooked dish - use it anywhere you would use sugar or honey. We especially like baked beans cooked with maple syrup.

Grades Available: Grades available are Fancy, A-Medium, A-Dark and Grade B.
This has been a very unusual and very early spring. Sugaring has also been uncharacteristically early and a realtively short season. While our start boiling date was very similar to the past several years, our ending date of March 20th was about 2 and a half weeks earlier than normal. While our overall crop is only 2/3 of a normal crop, we have a good supply of all grades and will be able to meet our sales needs. Flavor is excellent as always.
